JAMUARY 2023
Today is the twelfth day of #jamuary2023, and today I’m playing the Modal Electronics Cobalt5s, a cut-down version of their Cobalt8 virtual analog synthesizer.
It’s in a lot of ways similar to the Skulpt SE, but with a more robust build, 37 mini keys with aftertouch, a proper (if tiny) display, and a few more bells and whistles. Pretty much everything else today is about the same as in previous videos: play the synth into the looper and effects in a Zoom G3n multi-effect pedal, record it, make a video, and upload it.
