Jamuary 2024 Day Twenty-Eight

It’s that time of year again: #jamuary2024 twenty-eighth day!

It’s the final weekend of Jamuary 2024! What’s up for today’s stream? We be jammin’, that’s what! This will refinement of the jam from Day 26. The vibe of this is really falling into place, and unless something changes radically, this will be the theme for the rest of the month, with some continued tweaks to the Ableton Live set, specifically the crossfade between the arpeggios, adding the ability to change the chord centers globally with a single control, and recalling the patches on the external synths automagically.

Includes more fun with the new Native Instruments Kontrol S49 MkIII and Komplete, along with Ableton Live and my Sequential Take 5 and Arturia PolyBrute — in no particular order.

jamuary is an idea by @truecuckoo that was picked up by many Musicians/Jammers because it’s just cool — like cuckoo. Every day in January we publish a jam. It can be quite short, it doesn’t have to be anything special. We just put our thoughts aside and start playing. We then upload this jam to our YouTube channels and tag it with the hashtag #jamuary2024.
