Jamuary 2024 Day Thirteen

What’s up for today’s stream? Drones and arpeggios and random noises and some playing of the Sequential Take 5. But not before Ableton locked up on me and I had to restart the computer. And not before a power hit just as I was reaching for the “GO” button on the stream encoder. Wheee!

I’ve got the tempo un-synced, on purpose, so at least for a while, the PolyBrute is running at a completely at 66BPM, the Take 5 is at some unknown rate, and Ableton is clocked at 72BPM. Because, why not. There’s actually a lot going on in the background bits that I really like. Too bad I played over it. LOL!

jamuary is an idea by @truecuckoo that was picked up by many Musicians/Jammers because it’s just cool — like cuckoo. Every day in January we publish a jam. It can be quite short, it doesn’t have to be anything special. We just put our thoughts aside and start playing. We then upload this jam to our YouTube channels and tag it with the hashtag #jamuary2024.
